They can be straightened and refurbished for much, much less than buying entirely new replacement rims, but they WILL NOT be the same color as the originals. They'll be a dull grey, not the shiny silver of the original. The paint code for the original wheels will not be released by SAAB.
My dealer's valet gave my left front wheel some serious curb rash and when they refurbished it for me, it wasn't even close to the original color. I then had to go to SAAB USA HQ and complain about their mistake because they initially refused to give me a new wheel to match the rest. Dealer ended up paying half and SAAB USA the other half (not cheap wheels at $350 a piece). It's worth your time to write a letter to SAAB USA if your dealer clearly screws you.
In any case, if I were you I'd consider getting 4 new wheels of a different type so you don't have to worry about it anymore. I will eventually do just that since I live in N. Virginia where the roads are terrible as I'm sure they are in your part of the world as well.
