I believe $3000 is for Linear, $3500 for Arc, and $4000 for Vector under the current GM Supplier Discount Program. For 2003 9-3 Vector without any options, 5% off MSRP + $4000 discount is about right. Keep in mind dealer will not lose a single penny, but sell this car at full price by using this program. You will get the car at discount price, dealer will get the diference from GM, SAAB's parent company. Therefore, you may ask the dealer to waive off additional purchase cost, such as procession fees, title, license plate and registration fees. Good Luck!
