Pads do not warp rotors.
The heat from a braking event is invariant.
The pads absorb a small fraction of the heat from a braking event, and vaiations in the conductivity of pad types is not going to have any significant effect.
I do not agree with your conclusions. This is probably another case of rotor deposits. You also cannot state that warped rotors cannot occur with stock or any given pad. And mechanics with 15 years of experience can be wrong as well.
Were the rotors clocked with a dial indicator?
I do agree that the EBC pads can produce deposits on the rotors and that such rotors, can feel warped when they are dimensionally true. One needs to know how to deal with that, which may make them unsuitable for many folks. And I suspect that if you don't burn through such things and ignore them, that condition might create uneven heating that might cause physical warping, but that is my intuition as a ME.
