Hey Kevin -
The Saab sports exhaust is great for the money, assuming you buy it from Nick T. at genuinesaab.com. Also, it has a lifetime warranty, so if you get a hole you can call 'em on it.
I had it installed about a month ago, and at first I thought it a bit loud, but only at idle. I quickly got used to it and it barely registers now. It's certainly an improvement, if you haven't yet, do something with your intake and that will really "free things up."
Around town, not a whole lot of difference, but on the highway it's awesome. I know engstrom.net has one as well as Swedish Dynamics but they're about $150 - $200 more.
