It's been to three dealers now...Gold Coast Saab, Autohaus Saab and now Schummacher Saab. The only dealer left remotely close is almost 90 minutes away in Miami.
I just heard the car is ready again...this time some of the hydraulic fluid was low so they topped it off and everything is alright. When I asked where the fluid went they told me it must have evaporated because they can't find any leaks. The dealers around here have never impressed me as being criminal...and it really seems the technicians are trying to figure this thing out...but?
I called Saab customer service for the third time and someone promised to look into it and call back. Same thing I've heard twice before and have never received a call back of any sort.
My wife who has been stuck with me a couple of times...and who now is afraid to use the top has stated it's time to buy a new car. I hate the thought of it because the car is nice...but... I know I could buy a 2004 convertible, but the way Saab roadside has treated me...I think I'll pass. It appears that a fair number of Saab dealers are unhappy with the way roadside works now...even though they had problems with the old system too.
So...I don't know if any of you care...but any comments on:
Toyota Solara 2004 Convertible (nice price and seems to be a Lexus wearing the Toyota tag)
BMW 330i convertible
Audi A4 convertible
I know this is a Saab forum...but
