Doors can be adjusted... The door gasket can compress over time, allowing some wind noise.
Before starting any adjustment, carefully examine the door gap all around the door. There should be a uniform gap on all sides and the door should be nearly flush with the rest of the side panels. Also carefully check the door gasket for any tears or gaps. Assuming everything lines up well, and the door gaskets are good, the only adjustment needed will be to move the door latching plate a small amount toward the interior of the car.
Use a felt tip marker to mark the original location of the latch plate before starting any adjustments. The marker can always be removed with a bit of alcohol later.
To adjust the door it takes a large torx (star drive) bit (size T-40) socket and a socket handle. Barely loosen the 2 torx bolts holding the door latching plate to the door frame, then using a plastic tipped hammer, or a hammer and a block of wood, tap the edge of the latching plate toward the interior of the car about 1/16" to 1/8" (2-3mm). Tighten the torx bolts and close the door repeatedly to insure proper closing. Readjust as necessary.
It can be quite time consuming getting the door position just perfect. Be aware that if you loosen the torx bolts on the latch plate too much the latch plate will move freely and it will be difficult to find the correct alignment location again.
