I just don't know what it is with saab dealers and other dealerships that sell high end cars...They seem to just want the sale and forget about what happens when things go wrong with the car. I have many friends that drive audi's as well and they absolutely hate the treatment they get from the dealership here. I just don't understand it...The service people just love to argue with things even though I have had 8 SAABs in my family and I will know more about the cars than anyone in service could possibly know (besides most of the mechanics) but they still love to argue with you..
