I agree this probably isn't the place to try and blacklist dealers (not that it would have much of an effect) although it's good to know any negatives from specific dealers. On that note, I have TWO GOOD PLACES in the Kansas City area to take your Saab.
1. Aristocrat Motors: Large upscale dealership, very service oriented, classy salespeople, organized. Won't give you a loaner unless you bought car from them. Best place for a newer model Saab.
2. George's Imports: This guy KNOWS how it goes with older model Saabs, he races, Nordic tunes, and deals only in Saabs, has been around umpteen years. Professional and polite service people, small dealership focused on personal relationship. Great for your older vehicle.
Have had positive experiences at both places.
