I've had serious hesitation problems with another car that was traced back to an O2 sensor....mixture was too lean from faulty O2. If nothing else works....crank angle sensor, etc,....this may be worth a look.

http://www.oxygensensors.com has Walker and Universal Bosch sensors for cheap.
