I would suspect tires. I have a base 9-3 that will tramline with certain tires. The horrible handling OEM Michelins did not tramline, and neither did the very good Bridgestone Potenza RE750s or the Michelin Arctin Alpins. I now have Nokian NRVi tires on the car, and they tramline on grooved pavement, but not violently or anything dangerous. The feeling is very similar to the feeling I have riding my motorcycle on grooved pavement. Otherwise the Nokians are excellent and true on non-grooved pavement. I ussed to own a 1987 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe that would tramline with Goodyear Gatorbacks. Tramlining proved to be a by product of wide tires with lots of grip, similar to the S-03s you are running. I learned to anticipate the tramlining on the Tbird since everything else (tire pressure, alignment, etc.) was correct. There was no problem on smooth pavement. I would suggest playing with your air pressures to find a comfortable pressure. I would go up to 38 or 39 psi front, 36 rear to see what that does. Whatever you do, don't go below 34 psi with the size rims you have or else you may bend a rim if you hit a pothole or other object in the road.
