I paid for the items, or so I thought, including shipping. Received confirmation of the charge, minus the other item. Indicated I would be charged when item ships.
Low and behold, when the item shipped, it included another shipping charge. It made sense, but was it my fault the item was backordered (not listed as such) and had to be shipped separately?! The thing that is upsetting is that they get a discount on shipping, and I am pretty sure some charge "standard" rate no matter there cost (recent boost gauge - $12, shipping $6.99 for items under $25! - same size, distance, etc. to ship via quotes on the website was at most $3-4. And it took 2 weeks to get from 2 states over!!!) :o(
I never pursued the additional shipping as it wasn't worth the hassle (unfortunately that's one way they get you). In addition, I think my name is blacklisted or something on received parts for the old Saab as nothing (other than eEuro) comes in a timely fashion.
I imagine one could follow-up with your CC company, and they will probably take care of payment if you can present original, agreed upon charges. Probably your best bet if you pursue it further. Good luck!
Sean
