Hello,

I'm looking at a CPO 2002 9^3 SE with 36+ kmiles, manual trans. The car looks fine, but: according to the dealer they had to replace all 4 brake rotors before certifying it. My question to you, 9^3 owners, is: is this normal at that mileage, or does it mean the car was driven unusually hard?

The car had two owners already. The first "owner" was leasing it from the dealer, but after just 8 moths and 10 kmiles a new registration was issued for a second owner. Saab then bought it at an auction a month ago. I have to admit this is the first CARFAX report I'm looking at---one thing that confuses me a bit is that, for example, sources in CARFAX rep. are listed as "Rhode Island DMV, Little Rock, AR", "Massachusetts DMV, Little Rock, AR". How does New England relate to Arkansas here?...
