I bought the Audi A4 warranty from http://www.warrantybynet.com - they are a little more expensive now, and you need to buy the warranty with under 30,000 miles on the car. (I bought the warranty when this internet company was just starting, so I think the price was subsidized by their funding.) The actual underwriter of the warranty is Royal Sun Alliance, an international company with a good rating, and I've had no problems with them paying for claims. Stay away from warrantygold since they are now out of business.
