is clipped/torn off right at the base where it would poke up from the sheet metal through the mount (grommet?) hole. When I turn the car/radio on/off, I hear the antenna motor noise as normal, but there is no antenna length to raise/lower. Do I need just the antenna mast part and the motor/assembly is probably okay? How tough a fix is it for a moderately skilled DIYer but no mechanic?
