Mary:
I had the exact codes you mentioned, and I couldn't initially find the problem. After literally WEEKS of dealing with it, I just replaced all of the vacuum lines (95 900S, at about 180k miles). Still had the problem. Then I discovered that the hoses that lead to some cannister under the passenger side front fender were disconnected under the wheel well(had to remove the front wheel passenger side and the undermolding, connect everything--taped it for good measure). Problem disappeared for about three weeks or a month. The final fix turned out to be the small vacuum line that leads from the PCV valve to the throttle body. Even though the hose was new, when the engine heated up, the hose sort of stretched enough at the throttle body connection to let in enough air after a time to throw a CEL. Normal engine vibration probably contributed to when the hose would finally move enough to cause the air leak.
My advice would be to recheck every vacuum hose and hose connections, checking each hoses integrity, and that the connection are indeed tight. I didn't discover this hose was loose until I got fed up and starting checking them after the engine was hot! While cold, the hoses seemed to fit fine.
Passed emissions, and haven't had a problem since that time (8 months). Of course, this 'fix' occurred after new plugs, new 02 sensor, etc, etc. And don't forget the Techron!
Good luck.
