I've been fighting P0133 CEL for several months. Finally broke down and got new sensor, however CEL is still there. I do not have leak in exhaust so electrical problem is probably culprit. According to BOSH site 4 wire sensor has Black-signal Gray-Signal Ground and 2 White wires are heater wires. This solves mystery about sensor grounding so it's not through exhaust as some post here suggested.
Can anybody confirm resistances from sensor connector to ECU, I've got the following:
Black 52Kohm
Gray 200 Ohm
First White 12Mohnm
Second White 1.7 Ohm
Saab 900S 2.3 non turbo
Thanks!
