Hi all, and please forgive the boring winter wheel question(s). Once upon a time, I would have just gone to the dealer and purchased a winter wheel set for my 2000 9-3 sedan base model. With a new son, however, I find my finds being directed elsewhere and I'm looking forward to trying out ... other internet auction sites .... and the classifieds here as a source of winter wheels and tires for my saab.

My car currently has 15" wheels with all seasons.

Question #1 (general): Should I stick with 15" wheels for the winter wheel/tire combo? A brief search of the internet finds lots of 16", some 17" and some 15". I would have more options if I could also shop 16", but I don't know the tradeoffs (I assume it's speedometer accuracy and/or snow tire performance)

Question #2: What other year 9-3 models would fit my base model 2000 9-3? I can search this out for myself, I know, but I figured that since you were here... ;-)
