I cannot help you with best price shopping information, but I will tell you what worked for me. When the car was new i went to my local tire shop and bought 15" steel wheels with winter tires for winter. The car (same as yours: base 2000), came with 16" alloy wheels and summer perfomance tires. Now I change wheels and tires with the seasons and all is well except for one item. When purchasing wheel covers I have to be sure that they have the dual size locking ring settings as my steel wheels need the larger diameter setting. The standard single ring setting is too small; the covers fall off going over bumps.
