300 HP out of 2L is rather insane. The suspection will not hook that HP to the pavement very well.

For those higher HP targets, you need to do the 3" duct mod and install a better IC. The TB transision casting (TBTC) needs to be reworked to remove the step ID reduction. The duct mod and TBTC, as well as a low restriction air filter (KN 33-2663) can be done now in preparation. The Viggen IC is a DIY mod for many folks.

Speaking of low cost HP, the MBC+A is very effective, but a low restriction air filter is non optionable.

Some mods might be unsuitable for regions with only 91 octane or higher altitudes that also have low octane.

So you have an autobox?
Spending a lot of mod $$$ on a 10 year old Saab can be sad if someone runs into you and the vehicle gets written off by the insurance company.

Make sure the engine is in good shape before making large investments.
