You have to order from Europe? I was going to suggest tirerack. In this case, the Abbott springs may be good for you. They're not progressive but are arguably the best. They're softer than the others but they have different springs for auto vs manual and 3 door vs 5 door so you are more likely to get the correct combination for your car.
If you want the car comfortable, pay close attantion to the dampers. You may as well replace them at the same time. The Bilstein HDs have been said to be too stiff while others like them. Folks complain about the KYB ones going real stiff after a year. I have the basic ones now but I think they are just right for STOCK springs but not for lower stiffer ones. I had the Konis but the front ones went bad. To be honest, they never really mated will with the Eibach or B&G springs I had. If I put them on full stuff, it would just pump down the springs but if I softened them, it was too soft. They seemed to need more compression dampening. If they were set stiffer than full soft, the car would bounce over bumps instead of keeping the wheels on the pavement. ie; the back would skip a bit over bumpy corners.

Given that I am at 103K miles I just switched back to stock springs and KYBs in front. I have the Konis in back and can dial in a personality with those if I want to. Body roll is back but the car is easier to drive and control on the bumpy roads. Offramps and smooth twisty roads are no longer as much fun.

My favorite spring combo for the 9-3 (I'm taking about the 1999 9-3 here) are the Eibachs. I had them with the Konis but I have a feeling that the Eibach kit with dampers too on Tirerack is a good idea. Keep thinking and researching this. The labor to install these things is huge, regardless of who does it. You don't want to do it twice or pay to have it done twice.
