When the temperature gets cold and it has been damp, the front swaybar bushings can sqeak real bad going over big bumps. The dealer has a fix where they drop it and wrap teflon tape around the inside of the bushing.
For the brakes, you should take it up with whoever did them. It might just be the combination of the pads and rotors you have. It could just be from buildup of dust on the inside of the pad doing that too. For cycling, we always toe in the brake pades so that this does not happen. It is very irritating.
For the rear hatch, it could be anything. Some folks have complained about a loose rear spoiler doing it while others complained about the rear seat causing it. First thing to do is to adjust he little stoppers on the rear hatch so that it closes evenly. Twist them to move them in our out.
Oh, I had a squeak in the back of mine and it was actually caused by myself. I had taken some of the back apart around the rear speakers just to look at them and somehow did not get everything back the way it should be the first time.
