Your clutch and trans should be fine with those mods. I have been running with 230 hp since the 30k mile mark, got to 240 hp a few months later and now have 270 hp with about the same list of mods that you are planning. Those numbers are at the crank guesstimates. My car was dynoed at 228 hp at the wheels last fall.

My car now has 130k miles and is still running great. My car's life has not been easy either. It has 60 full speed laps of the Nurburgring on it and spent it's first 5 years and about 100k miles in Germany on the autobahns. It has gone through many tires and brakes, but that is the price to pay when having extra power and the fun that goes with it! :)

The list of mods you are planning do not require anything else.
