1996 ng900 wiring problem

hello bought a ng900 that had had the motor pulled literaly lots of the connectors were crushed the last one is the crank position sensor on the harness side there is a yellow ,black, and a bare wire on the sensor side there is a white , a black and a gray wire what is the proper hookup the engine will start but will barely idle. thanks ted
