I've already replaced the plugs, only I used the 7's instead of the 6's. I tried the techron. I haven't cleaned the IAC valve or the TB yet, I've printed out instructions on how to do it before, I believe it was your instructions actually. The only problem I have believing that it's anything other than the DI cassette is the fact that when I put the old black di cassette back on the problem seems to go away. Power and mpg with the black di cassette are great, I've never actually gone by the gallon though, I check how many miles I get out of a tank before the gas light comes on, I usually get 400 miles to a tank of gas until the gas light comes on, so I believe that's about 26/27 average mpg, considering the 17 gallon tank. Power and mpg with the red di cassette on the other hand is terrible, mostly the power, because I'm used to staying in the white zone in terms of the boost gauge, but with the red di on, I have to go halfway through the yellow to get the car to pull the same as in the white zone with the black di cassette.
I'm not using used di cassettes though, it was brand new, I'd prefer not to reveal the site I got it from though, because I said in the last post I got two bad di cassettes from there...I just don't want to mess up business for them.
