as shown at dip's site using a large gear puller. Pressing out the bushings using a large gear puller was easier than pressing out the tie rod end since the bushings have a large surface to push. Even the crappy bent 8" gear puller worked. Not pretty as a real press, but gets the job done. Like what dip did, I also used hacksaw and chisel to take out the thin metal bushing inside the outer bushing on the control arm. It's made of a very hard metal and it took a while to cut through the 2mm thickness. Chiseling it out after cutting take a little bit of skill to do it clean. A plumber neighbor showed me how to do it easy. Cut only at one place and chisel in only near the cut borders. Then the metal cylinder loses pressure against its seat and you can gently slide it out using a hammer. Chiseling on multiple places makes the job harder and uglier. Also find a chisel that has narrow tip to avoid chiseling into the arm itself.
Then the urethane bushings go right in by hand. It wasn't too bad but takes time and patience.
