SOunds like a good catch did you get 5sp or auto?
NG900 Haynes manual is close for mechanicals but ignition system you have is T-7 .vs NG900 T-5. It'll get you torques and nice underbody pics.
WIS available various means, on the up & up can be pricey.
Some great bulletins available online from a few sponsors which can be very helpful.
I wonder if the fuel filter has been replaced? Kinda early in miles but long crank often results as bits float down into fuel rail, ironically.
Check plugs for gap and type, NGK -BPCR6ES (or 7ES).
Check for DIC recall, a spare would be good at some point.
Endevour to verify internal engine health. Prolly a big 60K due sink some savings into idler pully, coolant & brake fluid, tranny fluid, your Saab will thank you!
Is the hard start only following long rest or every start?
