I think Mark was right, I just got a bad employee. Took it back to have it balanced again today and they figured out that "somehow" one of the hub centric rings for the rim got doubled up on one of the wheels which was causing the vibration. The guy was kind of embarrased when he told me about. I actually told them to check for this very thing after the third balance so that upset me a little bit, but really, I'm just glad it was a simple fix. Everything seems to be smooth sailing at this point. Thanks for all of your suggestions.
