Transmission acting up when warm...

I posted about this last week, but the problem definitely seems to be limited to times when everything in the car is warmed up. When cold the tranny shifts as I've come to expect, but after I've been running around for a bit the shifts (for lack of a better term) slow down... especially from 2nd to 3rd. I press down on the gas and for a half second nothing happens, no power, no additional boost, then everything catches up and I'm off to the races again. Any suggestions?
