Thanks all! Sounds like my options are:
1) reglue - already tried, generally not recommended
2) corkscrew type pins from Autozone - not attractive but cheap and works -- or use regular staples, not staple gun
3) remove headliner and DIY fabric replacement using 3M glue & general auto headliner material
4) remove headliner and have a shop do it, then DIY reinstall?
5) have upholstry shop do all of it
I haven't checked the phone book yet but may call around to get numbers. At the moment with my recent new tires & CV issues, I'll probably start with option 2 after visiting Autozone/Advance. Pro fix could be a long-term goal if I don't like how the budget solution looks or holds up.
Thanks again,
Derek / 1994 900 S V6 169,000mi
