9.3 engine stall

My 1999 9.3 has been stalling at idle. The IAC, O2 sensors, spark plugs and fuel fitler have been replaced, but the problem persists. The car will be idling fine and then without warning the engine cuts off. It starts back up and runs well. If I keep the idle over 1,000 rpm it never stalls. Overall the car is running well. It accelerates well and the fuel economy is good. The only time that it runs rough is after a fill up. The car will be running well (except for the stall problem at idle) but on the start up immediately following the fillup, the car runs rough and it is hard to keep it going. This problem lasts for about 1 minute and then the performance returns to normal. My theory is that when the new fuel is added the system is depressurized and then it takes about 1 minute to get the pressure up again. I explained my theory to a Saab technician but he said that the fuel pump was okay and narrowed the problem down to the O2 sensors (which have since been replaced). This problem has been ongoing for about 4 months. 2 different Saab dealerships are stumped and so am I. Any help is needed and appreciated. Thank you
