1) you said coolant leak...that could be as easy as a hose but most likely the water pump. 2) the issue of a leaking head gasket has been addressed two ways...one I'd def have the retorque done...but what I've found and my dealer has found is that the PVC Modification is probably the most effective in reducing the weeping head gaskets...in fact there is a TSB intructing dealers to do that mod before making headgasket repairs...and its cheap!...search this board and the 9-5 board for previous info...i believe taliaferro's website has the various TSB's....net/net I think you have two different and unrelated problems to address but both of them quite a bit less than replacing the headgasket
