It sounds like you might have several issues but top begin with, it is not unheard of that each seperate lock actuator goes bad.
This is usually seen as that the pull tab is moving slowly up or down and finally stops moving at all or just sit there wiggling a tad when trying to operate the locks.
It might also be that the ignition switch is going bad on one circuit and therefore doesn't supply enough juice to the power locks.
I don't really have an easy solution to where to start, but one guess to begin with is that the passenger door lock acutaor is bad and needs to be replaced.
If you hear the hatch motor trying to unlock when pushing the door button but the lid doesn't pop up, it might just be the rubber stops for tail gate that needs to be moved up a little.
