Make sure that the arms of the regulator aren't bent, straighten them if they are bent. Make sure that the window glass is in the front & rear guides correctly before you snap the regulator arms into the rollers. Also when you snap the ball part of the regulator into the new roller you really have to make sure it snaps all the way in. Good luck Coldshot..........
