Window Rollers

I checked all of the archives but couldn't find a similar problem. Both of the drivers side rollers were broken. I replaced them. When I rolled the window up, the one furthest from the speaker rolled off of the track. It got less than half way up and fell off leaving the window at an angle. Any suggestions?
