Torque should be "good'n'tight." And then recheck them after you drive for a day.
It is just 4 bolts to undo the stock one, and genuinesaab gives you 4 new ones to use.
If you can jack the car up at all it helps a lot. One option is to be on the higher side of a curb (on the lawn) and back up until your tires hit the very edge of the curb, so your rear bumper is hanging out into the street.
Make sure your car is level left to right (flat) when you do this.
Invest in a can of WD-40 or liquid wrench (or something that claims to break down rust). For the few nights before you go to take the old bar off, spray down the 4 bolts liberally with your solvent to help loosen them up (each night). A lot of times the bolts will be entirely rusted on and the bolt head will break off when you try to remove it, meaning you have to really hassle with getting a broken bolt out. This is the only hard part of the job. If it doesn't happen then it's really easy.
