I've had the same thing happen to the rear window in my '99 9-3. Neither Saab nor the OEM, Broce, will not sell any piece parts on this regulator unfortunately. However, for total regulator replacement, check eBay - I found a used regulator assembly for about $75, which was significantly less than the dealership. Also, if the front is anything like the rear, it will require some ingenuity to install, as the regulator assembly is riveted to the door frame. Nothing a drill and a visit to the local hardware store can't overcome, but it does add some additional time.
