Looks pretty normal to me. There's soot and other burned hydrocarbon stuff in exhaust.
I wouldn't rebuild the thing either. If it were me I'd wait until it fails, you'll know when that happens.
If you want to do something while it's apart, try to get one of the larger 6cm^2 turbine housings off of one of the later 9000 Aeros, port/gasket match your exhaust manifold on both ends (Aero TD04HL's have oval inlet openings), clean up all the casting boogers, and slap that baby on there. That'll help open up the top end and by cleaning things up you probably won't notice any delay in spoolup.
That's what I'd do.
