Viggen Spoiler Mounting/Repair Help

I got a slightly damaged Viggen spoiler for an extremely low price, for mounting on my 9-3.
One of the molded-in threaded mounting studs was cleanly snapped out.
Otherwise the thing is cosmetically perfect in every other way.
I would like to attempt to fix the damage but I am not 100% sure of the material I am working with. Is the Viggen spoiler made of molded plastic or something else?
If I'm working with plastic I guess going to try to find another appropriate threaded stud and mold it back in place with a high-strength resin.
Or is that even necessary?
Would the one remaining stud be sufficient combined with the clips and some kind of 3M adhesive?
Is there something strong enough?
