This is, as said, sadly an convertible issue because of the carry-over door from the 2-door coupé. Check the window lifter roller as explained and the arm. Also check the two window rolles and if worn or broken chenge for some new white ones. Check the front window track and make sure its intact and that the seal is properly inserted into the track. Remove the adjustment screw for the track and enlarge the hole 3-5mm to the rear, reattach the screw and adjust the track as far back as possible. The readjuste the door and rear side window by starting from the windscreen frame and work your way backwards. Hope it helps.
