Then if you have an automatic then it's probably is the NSS. That's exactly what happened with mine with an automatic and once the NSS was replaced the problem went away. The NSS sits on top of the tranny and my guess is that this problem occurs once the engine makes the NSS warm up. That's why the problem never occurs when the engine is cold first thing in the morning.
