My 2000 Viggen has been my daily driver for 5 years now, and I like it so much I intend to keep it another 4 years or so.
When I first got it I thought the ride was too harsh. After a few months I really didn't notice it anymore. Same with the dramatic torque-steer (or tramlining) problem. It's become a complete non-issue to me, and I do not have the recue kit or any other mods. Only mod I've done is rear sway bar for less leaning.
Obviously, some drivers prefer a firm ride and want truly thrilling acceleration, while others prefer more "balance". Personally "balance" bores me a bit. One thing you may want to do... new tires. A new set of 225 size tires will ride a bit better than an old set of 215's. Also, consider non-performance oriented all seasons. Will also ride a bit softer. I say don't rush into selling it. Drive it another 5,000 miles. If you still do not enjoy it, then sell.
