I had mine off a couple of years ago to replace the rear speakers. IIRC there is one screw in the door jamb with a small plastic cover. There are several on the bottom after you remove the bottom seat cushion. Then you fold down the rear seat (on mine, I needed to use the key in the slot on the rear shelf) there were a few screws there. Be careful of the small interior light on the panel. It was pretty easy. It took me about 1.5 hrs to replace both speakers. If you are thinking about upgrading your rear speakers now is the time while you have the panel off. Also it is a lot easier if you have the top down.
