As Ron points out you need the radio code to get this radio to work. The 3566 that is displayed is an incorrect code that someone entered. I would first of all look for the owners manual packet, and look for the card that has the radio code on it ( blue & black card ). Also sometimes people write the code in the owners manual or the audio manual. If that fails pull out the radio (with the 2 "u" shaped removal tools) and look on the radio itself, again people sometimes write this code on the radio. Finally if you still can't find the code get the PU# and the last 8 of the vin on the radio and call Saab parts for the code. You will need to clear the incorrect code to enter the right one (depress and hold the band button until you get the "Code in" prompt). The correct code should now activate the radio. As far as the SRS light, as Ron mentioned you need a Tech2 to scan for what turned it on. However seeeing that the radio needs to be re-coded the SRS light may have been caused by a low or disconnected battery. If that the case clearing the code will solve your problem.
