There are only 3 bolts holding the compressor to the motor mount bracket that it is bolted to. One is easily accesible (in relation to the others) and is close to the turbo. The other two are a nightmare due to tight workspace; specifically the upper left by the water pump.
To make this job easier I suggest doing the following.
1. Remove the turbo intake pipe and associated plumbing
2. Remove power steering pump from bracket and set to the side.
3. Up to you but removing the water pump make this much easier as well.
The biggest problem with the upper left bolt is that you can't get a ratchet on to it and the wrench's length is going to have you hitting smack dab on the inner frame rail no matter how you get at it (above or below). It's no fun getting that bolt out or in.
Once you've got those three bolts out then the PAG connection has one bolt where the lines enter the compressor. If your compressor is brand new I believe they come filled with the oil they are supposed to have already.
Install is reverse.
I hope this goes well for you. The AC compressor was my big hangup when I had to replace the bracket it bolts to because my motor mount bolt snapped and the shank coudln't be removed in car.
