Thank you for the replies. I have absolutely no experience with any of this, and do not really know where to start. I like all of your advice as it sounds like good grounds for proving my case. One of the rims was brand new, and I think to refinish it is completely absurd, (ie, if they offered to "refinish" all 4...) as it has a slight scratch...slight, but still there. For the meantime, I have written a formal letter to Saab Canada, and will wait for their reply. Once I do get one, I will decide what to do...although I have a feeling the won't really car about the little guys like me, in which case I"d have to take some other course of action. Believe me!, i am very regretful for having gone to the dealership, however it sometimes takes for things like these to happen in order for one to learn...I am one who prefers to go to one shop only, but evidently this isn't possible.
