Just got my car back from Bentley Cadillac and Saab in Huntsville, AL after being there a week to get the clutch and master and slave cylinders replaced and could not go into 5th gear. They fixed that on MON and after some final tuning today could finally get it back into 5th gear. Today I noticed that I could not engage the cruise control. As far as I know I could engage the cruise control prior to taking it to the dealer (hauled on the back of a tow truck due to the failure of the slave and master cylinder) to have the the clutch work done. Is there any possibility the work on the clutch and replacing the slave and master cylinder could have caused the cruise control not to work?
All the other controls on the steering wheel work and on the cruise control lever, i.e. turn signal, volume, source for music, and the cruise control light comes on, but for some reason it just does not seem to engage at the set speed.
Thanks for any feedback and insight.
