What is wrong wih your v-6 ? did the timing belt break and trash the valves? if so you could possibly have them reworked and keep the block in the car. if the 4 is a non turbo you would have to change out he power steering line from the resivoir to the pump because the top of the line wont fit into the 4cyl pump ( its a longer and much more of a bend) the subframe, the computers I dont know but i think the harness also, and the instrument cluster. I dont thnk i would tear apart a working car to do this. Maybe part it out or sell it as-is
