No it has never grinded between gears during driving at all only very lightly twice while trying to get into reverse. The car has 107k miles bought it at the EXCELLENT value (4800) from KBB and 2-3 weeks later the clutch is burned and damaged because I'm a horrible driver?

I think for selling it to me at that price this mechanic has some liability and credibility on the line here. I drove up 3 hills max one being on a freeway others being 25-35mph limits. I don't see how it's my fault if the clutch was slipping 500-700 revs when shifting between 2nd -> 3rd and 3rd to 4th the power was just not transfering. I really feel he owes me considering didn't even go 1500miles in a flat city area and I'm never in bumper to bumper commute since I work afternoons & nights and both jobs are 3 miles away.
