There are many issues that your heated seats wouldn't work. I think the relays are for the seat motors. There is a motor in the seat back, and a bunch under the seat bottom.
I would guess that if a relay was out your seat would not fully function. Though it is possible that there is one relay for the seat belt and seat heaters and the second for just the seat motors.
hmmm...not sure if that at all answers your question now. Though with the seat out you should be able to see where the wires go and make a deductive decision.
