The lines coming off the valve cover nipple should not be capped. One line handles the crankcase gasses while on boost and the other one at idle. Upgrade to the #6 configuration to set the system right. Test the little check valve on the smaller diameter line and replace if non-functional. (It's ok if you can "blow" in one direction but not the other.) It's not included in the kit.
